  • When you place a reservation deposit, you are not signing up for a Shredder lease. Instead, the reservation gives you the opportunity to lease a Shredder much earlier than general availability in your area. Your refundable deposit secures your place in line to lease a Shredder when it becomes available.

  • Shredder will only be available through an affordable lease. The lease provides flexibility, allowing you to enjoy updates and upgrades as they are developed and released (additional fees may apply). If you aren’t satisfied, you can cancel your lease and return the Shredder.

  • The Shredder will initially be available for lease exclusively to reservation holders in the US, with expected fulfillment starting in late 2025. Availability may vary depending on geography, industry, and the order in which reservations are received. Once you make a reservation, we will keep you updated on availability in your area. When the Shredder is available for lease, a representative will contact you to finalize your order.

  • Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any point for a full refund. Simply submit your cancellation request via this form. Refunds may take up to 1 month to process. Once a reservation is canceled, the order of your reservation will not be retained, even if you re-submit.

  • The Shredder effectively reduces the viable microbial concentration by 2 to 5 log10 (CFU/mL) per treatment. The result may vary due to the liquid composition and operating conditions. The Shredder is designed to treat “clean” (<5 micron suspended solids) beverages before packaging.

  • Each reservation allows you to lease one Shredder system. If you want to lease multiple Shredder systems, you must make a separate reservation for each. If you aren’t sure how many systems you will need, please reach out!

  • The Shredder is small, yet mighty. It is easily movable and can be repositioned for use and then stored away. We recommend at least 4’ x 6’ of floor space for the Shredder system.

  • Qualified investors with reservations may receive priority access and be placed at the top of the reservation list.

  • The Shredder features industry-standard 1.5" tri-clamp input and output fittings.

  • Yes, serial treatment of your product with the Shredder will compound the CFU reduction of each pass.

  • One configuration will be offered in the launch models.

  • The Shredder was invented, designed, and engineered in Missouri. We assemble the Shredder in Missouri, USA from globally sourced materials.
