Shredder Exclusive Reservation

Terms & Conditions

1. Your Reservation Thank you for placing a Reservation to receive Shredder Service. By making your Reservation, you have secured the approximate priority within your region to use Shredder equipment.

2. Effective Date Your Reservation becomes effective when (1) you place your Reservation with Kremenak NanoTech, Inc. (the “Company”) by checking the box below and (2) the Company receives your Reservation Payment.

3. Order Process While this Reservation secures the approximate priority for receiving Shredder Service within your region, it does not constitute the order of service(s) from the Company. When the launch of Shredder Service for your region nears, the Company will create an order for your Shredder Service and you will receive a subsequent Agreement indicating the price, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, transport, and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees. Upon proceeding with the order, your Reservation Payment will be applied towards the order payment. Until you enter into a subsequent Agreement, your Reservation may be canceled at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Payment.

4. Acknowledgements; Non-Transferable You understand that the Company will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without prior written approval of the Company.

5. Your Details From time to time the Company will ask you to provide information so that the Company can perform our obligations under these terms and conditions. The Company will maintain your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Confidentiality This Reservation will operate as a standalone agreement and operates to the complete exclusion of any future agreement. You will keep the terms of this Exclusive Reservation confidential.
